Discuss your service workflow →

A useful product conversation starts with the work your team needs to organise. You might be replacing a collection of messages and spreadsheets, reviewing the handover between office and field staff or checking whether a particular service process fits the product. Contact the ServeLume team at developers@synoviq.com or call +1 (888) 808-1551. Describe the business, the type of job and the question you want to resolve. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment card details or unnecessary customer information in an initial enquiry.

ServeLume is operated by Synoviq, Inc. The contact details on this page provide a route for product, account and integration questions. They do not create an unapproved emergency support service, response-time guarantee or service-level commitment. If your business needs a specific support arrangement, include that requirement in the conversation so the applicable terms can be confirmed before you rely on it.

Tell us what your business does

Start with the services you provide, the region where you operate and the roles involved in a typical job. A plumbing maintenance business, a cleaning team and an IT installation contractor may all need office-to-field coordination, but the information required for the visit can differ. A short explanation of the work helps the discussion focus on the relevant workflow rather than a generic software category.

You do not need to provide a complete customer database or private operational documents to explain the requirement. Use a representative example with names and sensitive details removed. Identify the part of the process that is difficult today: preparing the brief, arranging attendance, recording evidence, understanding an exception or bringing completed work through to billing review.

Describe one complete job

Explain how the request arrives, who agrees the scope and who plans the visit. Then describe what the field team needs on site and how the office learns the result. Include the next action if the visit produces a recommendation, an incomplete task or a need for another appointment. This sequence is usually more useful than a long list of isolated screen requests.

A concrete example also helps distinguish a missing team habit from a capability the product needs to support. If the office cannot understand a finished visit, the issue might be an unclear completion note, a missing approval process or a specialist record that needs a separate tool. The purpose of the conversation is to establish the actual requirement and confirm the current product boundary.

Prepare for a field service software demo

Choose a straightforward job and a more complicated case involving a change or follow-up. Decide which roles should review the demonstration: the office, a field team member and the person responsible for commercial decisions may all have useful questions. Agree what a successful evaluation should establish before looking at the interface. For example, a colleague who did not attend the site should be able to explain the completed work and the next action from the record.

Use synthetic or appropriately authorised information during evaluation. Keep credentials, security codes and unrelated personal details out of demonstration notes. A realistic example does not need to expose a real customer’s private information. If your requirement involves sensitive data or specialist documentation, describe the category first so the appropriate discussion can take place.

Ask about the actual product workflow

ServeLume connects work orders, assigned field jobs, materials, proof of work and related office processes. Your business remains responsible for technical judgement, customer authorisation, safe working methods and any mandatory industry records. If a specialist form, calculation or certification is essential, ask about it explicitly rather than assuming a general field service platform includes every industry-specific capability.

The industry guides provide operational examples for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning and specialist services. They are useful preparation for a discussion, but an industry label is not proof that every workflow is supported. Bring the requirement back to the actual job sequence and the information your team needs at each point.

Review plans, pricing and the trial

Current plans, amounts, currencies and billing periods are supplied by the product backend. Use the pricing page to review the active information and confirm the applicable commercial arrangement before making a purchase decision. A price repeated in an older article or email should not replace the current product terms. The self-service workflow currently uses a fourteen-day trial policy defined by the backend.

New self-service owners provide a mobile number with country code, verify email first and verify mobile afterwards. WhatsApp delivery uses Meta’s Cloud API and SMS uses Twilio. Codes and sends are limited for security and cost control. If you have a verification problem, describe the stage and any non-sensitive error message, but never send the code itself or your password to support.

Confirm devices and payment requirements early

If the field app or a particular payment method is essential, identify the device and region involved in your enquiry. Availability can depend on the operating system, supported version, provider configuration, merchant account and country. A general description of a payment feature does not guarantee approval for a provider account or universal support on every phone.

Test the actual combination your business intends to use during the evaluation. The same approach applies to other integrations: identify the provider, the information involved and the outcome needed. This helps the team distinguish a supported workflow from a requirement that depends on an external service or a configuration that has not yet been confirmed.

Discuss integrations with a defined use case

The developer site provides a published API reference generated from the Laravel OpenAPI contract. Review that interface before proposing an integration, and explain which system needs to read or write which records. A useful integration enquiry identifies authentication, permission, plan and error-handling requirements as well as the business outcome.

Do not include live API tokens or other credentials in an initial message. Keep secrets in an appropriate secure process and use only the access needed for the task. Developers should handle validation and rate-limit responses deliberately and avoid blindly retrying non-idempotent writes. An undocumented internal route should not be treated as a permanent public integration commitment.

Raise account and privacy concerns with the right context

If your question concerns an existing account, include the business name and relevant account email where appropriate. Describe the issue clearly without adding authentication secrets. If it relates to a customer record entered by a separate service business, explain that relationship so the responsible organisation can be identified. The platform operator and the business that decides what to record may have different responsibilities.

Privacy enquiries can begin at developers@synoviq.com. The Privacy Policy, GDPR and CCPA pages describe proposed request pathways, subject to final business and legal approval. Identity or authority may need to be checked before information is disclosed or changed. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in the first message; the responsible team can explain an appropriate verification process.

Make the next conversation useful to your team

Before contacting ServeLume, write down the most important question you want answered and the example that illustrates it. Identify any requirement that would prevent adoption if it were not supported. This keeps the discussion focused and gives the office and field team a shared basis for evaluating the result. It is more useful to resolve one real workflow question than to collect a broad list of untested feature names.

Businesses in Australia, the UK and the US should also consider local commercial, qualification and documentation requirements. The software can support the organisation of service work without replacing those obligations. Start with the work, use appropriate data and confirm the actual product behaviour. The contact routes above are available to help turn that evaluation into a clear understanding of the next practical step.
