ServeLume California privacy information

Effective 30 October 2026.

This page explains California privacy requests for ServeLume, operated by Synoviq, Inc. It supplements the Privacy Policy. It is effective 30 October 2026. Whether the California Consumer Privacy Act applies depends on the business and the activity. Using ServeLume does not make a tenant compliant with the CCPA, and it does not mean every tenant is subject to that law.

Who to contact

Synoviq, Inc. handles requests about the marketing website, a ServeLume login it administers, platform security, and this policy. Email developers@synoviq.com. Include the business name, the account email, and the request. Synoviq may need to verify identity and authority before it discloses or changes information.

The service business is the customer and decides what the workspace stores about its own customers, staff, and jobs. A request about that content should go to the business. Synoviq operates the software and can help identify the workspace. It does not treat the business’s job history as a consumer profile Synoviq sold.

Information categories

For its own relationship with a workspace and with website visitors, Synoviq can handle these categories:

  • Identifiers and account data, such as name, email address, phone number, and workspace and user identifiers.
  • Commercial information about the workspace plan, trial, and subscription charges processed by Stripe when a payment is required.
  • Precise location from ServeLume Field, including background location during an active job, only when the technician allows location sharing for that job.
  • Photos, signatures, and other job content a technician submits for the business.
  • Pending job commands stored on the device until the app can send them.
  • Internet activity on the marketing website only after the visitor opts in to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

ServeLume does not sell personal information for money. Optional Meta Pixel, after consent, measures marketing visits to the public website. It is not applied to the field app and it is not a sale of workspace job records. The visitor can refuse it in Cookie settings.

Requests Synoviq can act on

A California resident can ask Synoviq to know, delete, or correct personal information Synoviq controls, and can appeal a denial, by emailing developers@synoviq.com. Synoviq will not discriminate against a person for making a request that the law protects. Deletion of a technician login follows the field-app path on the account deletion page. That path calls DELETE /api/v1/me/account. It does not promise deletion of jobs, invoices, or other records the service business must keep.

If Synoviq denies a request about information it controls, the person can reply to the same address and ask for a review. A complaint can also be sent to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General. This page does not remove those options.
