Delete your ServeLume Field account

Effective 30 October 2026.

A technician deletes their own ServeLume Field login inside the app. This page is effective 30 October 2026. It describes the only account-deletion path in the product: the signed-in request that calls DELETE /api/v1/me/account, the route named api.v1.me.account.delete. There is no second deletion mechanism and no public web form that erases a workspace.

Who can delete an account

ServeLume Field is a companion for a business workspace. It is not a public consumer signup app. The person must already be signed in with the company account. A platform operator account that is not inside a workspace cannot be deleted from the app. The service business remains the customer for the workspace and its jobs.

How to delete it

  • Open ServeLume Field and sign in with the company account.
  • Open Account and choose Delete account.
  • Confirm the deletion. The app then calls DELETE /api/v1/me/account.
  • The product revokes that account’s sign-in tokens, marks the account inactive, and closes the login. The app signs the person out.

If pending job commands are still stored on the phone, the app warns that leaving the account removes their local retry copies. Some of those entries may already be on the server. Stay signed in if they still need to be sent, or ask the office to check the job history before recording them again.

If you cannot open the app, email developers@synoviq.com from the address on the account and name the business workspace. That message lets Synoviq identify the account. It does not, by itself, delete the business’s jobs or invoices. The login is closed through DELETE /api/v1/me/account.

What the business keeps

The service business keeps the workspace records it must keep. Jobs, invoices, estimates, photos, signatures, materials, equipment notes, and other records already stored for the business remain in that workspace. Deleting a technician login does not instantly delete another customer’s job history, and it does not rewrite the business’s books.

The closed login cannot be used to open the app. Because the account is closed rather than used to erase the business’s history, a platform administrator can restore a login if the deletion was a mistake. Restoration returns access to the same workspace. It is not a new consumer account and it does not delete historical jobs.
